At Al Amer for Services and Business Management Company, we aim to provide high-quality services. However, because our work involves business support, event planning, agricultural services, and public supplies, refunds are handled as follows:
1. Service-Based Work
Refunds are not available for services that have already been delivered or partially completed.
2.Advance Payments / Deposits
Deposits paid to start a service or reserve an event are non-refundable unless the cancellation is made by our company.
3. Cancellations by the Client
* If the client cancels a service before work begins, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative fees.
*If work has already started, no refund will be issued.
4. Cancellations by the Company
If Al Amer Company cancels a service due to internal reasons, the client will receive a full refund of any amount paid.
5. Project Changes
Requested changes by the client after the work has started may require additional fees. These changes are not grounds for a refund.
6. Public Supplies Purchases
*Refunds for supplied items are only accepted if the product is defective or incorrect, and must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
*Items must be unused and in original condition for a replacement or refund.
